All shows at Northcote Theatre are licensed 18+ unless specified all ages. Every 18+ attendee must be able to present one of the following IDs to gain entry: a valid driver's licence, a passport, a keypass or a proof of age card. A photograph of these documents will not be accepted.

With the exception of specific children's events, patrons below the age of 5 years will not be permitted entry.

Northcote Theatre is general admission and standing room only unless otherwise specified.

Moshtix is the official ticket seller for all concerts at Northcote Theatre. Tickets bought from an unofficial reseller or through an online marketplace cannot be guaranteed as valid, and you may be denied entry.

You can get your ticket by logging into your Moshtix account, where you can manage and download it ready for entry.

Wheelchair access and toilets. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has a DDA toilet in the auditorium, about 7m from designated barrier viewing. Book on Moshtix, then contact the venue before the show if you want to reserve a space in that area.

Accessible entrance. The accessibility entrance is via Bastings Street. The High Street entrance has two steps.

Companion cards. The venue accepts companion cards. Contact the venue before show day to arrange a companion ticket; you do not need to buy one on Moshtix.

Special request seating. The venue is standing room only, but if you cannot stand for long periods, book via Moshtix then get in touch with the venue.

Drop off and pick up. There are areas for drop off and pick up on Bastings Street and High Street.

Tram 86 toward RMIT / Plenty Road from the city, stop 31, Northcote Town Hall / High Street.

Trains: Merri 650m and Northcote 700m on the Mernda line, Westgarth 990m on the Hurstbridge line.

Parking on the surrounding residential streets is mostly permit only. There is free parking at Northcote Plaza, a 15 minute walk away.

Show timings usually allow arrival and departure by public transport on High Street. Where that is not workable, the venue asks that pick ups and drop offs happen on High Street, out of respect for its neighbours.

Northcote Theatre is completely cashless. No cash is kept on the premises.

Northcote Theatre is a safe and inclusive space for all guests and attendees. Any kind of discrimination, harassment or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated, and will result in removal from the venue.

Northcote Theatre is a licensed 18+ venue. No patrons under 18 will be permitted entry, even accompanied by an adult. Valid ID must be shown on entry even with a pre-purchased ticket.

The right of admission is reserved and is subject to this code of conduct, liquor licensing laws and the terms and conditions agreed to at time of purchase. Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation applies to all patrons and ticket holders.

No bags bigger than A4. Your bag may be checked on entry by a licensed security guard. Prohibited items include but are not limited to alcohol, food, textas, paint or similar, glass, weapons, dangerous clothing, unauthorised advertising materials and large umbrellas. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone carrying prohibited items, or to require them to be stored in the cloak room.

Strictly no smoking or vaping. There are designated smoking areas outside the venue.

Professional audio and video recording equipment is not permitted. All media requests are at the discretion of the promoter.

The building has CCTV and by entering you consent to being filmed.

A 15% surcharge applies to food and drink on public holidays. The venue reserves the right to alter prices.

Please leave quietly at the end of the night, so the neighbours are not disturbed.
